To protect our team and our students, all submissions are reviewed for authenticity. The following will result in immediate blocking and reporting:

• Unsolicited advertising, marketing, or promotional messages
• Fraudulent visa, scholarship, or job offers
• Impersonation of students, institutions, or government bodies
• Mass automated or bot-generated submissions
• False identity, fake contact details, or misleading information
• Phishing or scam attempts targeting our students or staff

How to avoid your message being treated as spam: Use your real name, a valid personal or professional email address, select the correct enquiry type, and write a clear and genuine message explaining your specific request. Generic or vague messages with no specific detail will not receive a response. IP addresses and email addresses used for spam submissions are permanently blocked and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
