You must have a clear, genuine intention to study and comply with all visa conditions. DC EDUTRAVEL only supports applications from genuine, honest, and well-prepared students.
DC EDUTRAVEL’s admission services are completely free to all students. Every student is required to pay all tuition fees, enrolment deposits, and institutional charges directly to the university or institution — never to DC EDUTRAVEL, never to any third party, and never through any unauthorised agent. Any request to pay fees through DC EDUTRAVEL or any other person must be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
All tuition fees and deposits must be paid directly to the university or institution through their official payment portal or approved method. DC EDUTRAVEL never receives or handles tuition payments.
Students agree to pay at least 50% of their first year’s tuition fees upon arrival in the destination country, prior to formal enrolment or commencement of studies.
After each tuition payment, students must send a copy of the payment receipt to DC EDUTRAVEL within 5 working days, for their case record and continued application support.
You must never make any tuition or institutional fee payment through DC EDUTRAVEL, any agent, or any unauthorised third party. All payments go directly to the institution only. Any request to pay fees through a third party is fraudulent — report it to us and to the institution immediately.
Your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) or Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) is issued by the institution only after your tuition deposit has been paid and verified. You need your CAS or CoE to apply for your student visa.
DC EDUTRAVEL operates with full transparency. There are no hidden charges, no surprise fees, and no payments to us at any stage. We are compensated entirely by our partner institutions for placing well-prepared students.

When DC EDUTRAVEL supports your admission, you enter into a formal Student Admission Agreement. Here are the key obligations you agree to uphold.
Attendance
You must maintain the required attendance level at your institution — typically a minimum of 80%. Poor attendance directly affects your student visa status. Institutions are legally required to report unsatisfactory attendance to the immigration authority, which can result in visa curtailment or cancellation.
Work Rights
You must strictly comply with the work rights conditions of your student visa. UK: up to 20 hours/week during term. Australia: 48 hours/fortnight. Canada: 20 hours/week. NZ: 20 hours/week. USA: on-campus work only (20 hours). Breach of work rights may result in visa cancellation, deportation, and permanent immigration bans.
Genuine Study Intent
Your student visa must be used solely for the purpose of undertaking and successfully completing your studies. The visa must not be used as a pathway to enter a country for any purpose other than study. Any violation may result in visa cancellation, removal, and permanent immigration bans.
Documents & Honesty
You must provide only genuine, authentic, accurate, and complete documents. Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading information results in immediate termination of all DC EDUTRAVEL services, possible visa refusal, and a possible permanent immigration ban. DC EDUTRAVEL bears no liability for consequences from a student’s submission of false information.
